Dr. Rahul Pabla is a chiropractor who takes a patient-centred approach to helping people move better and get back to the activities they enjoy. His areas of interest include sports and athletic injuries, overuse injuries, TMJ pain and dysfunction, and common neck, back, shoulder, wrist, ankle, and foot pain. He combines chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations with soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and rehabilitation to create treatment plans tailored to each patient and their goals.
Through Pabla Chiropractic, he offers mobile chiropractic visits, bringing personalized care directly to patients in the comfort of their own home. He believes that quality care should be convenient, individualized, and focused on more than just treating symptoms. As a chiropractor his goal is to help patients understand their condition, improve how they move, and feel confident getting back to the things that matter to them.
Dr. Pabla completed his Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Health and his Master of Health Sciences in Neuromechanics at Ontario Tech University before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During his academic career, he also gained experience as a published researcher, developing a deeper understanding of ergonomics, fatigue, and musculoskeletal health.
